In line with company’s Vision to expand its horizons, Accord Marine Management has launched its e-learning portal. This comprehensive portal serves as the gateway for accessing a vast range of learning and assessment modules for continuous competence development of each individual in our system.

The portal includes modules for selection of deck and engine cadets, and competence assessment of new joiners and active seafarers. The learning modules deal with company specific processes and procedures as well as conceptual topics in nautical and engineering subjects.

The company aspires to expand the utility of this portal by inclusion of briefing modules for staff joining vessels. This will ensure consistent briefing of all staff in the system for a continually improving safe and environment friendly culture.
